只对男性进行强制征兵，这是一种对女性的歧视（认为「只有男的才有战斗力」），是父权遗毒。

按照身份证件上的性别来决定征兵与否（参见 https://kazv.moe/notice/AHr8dvjztEaR80MRdI ），这不尊重（没有或未能更改证件性别的）跨性别者的性别认同。
